How it Works

  1. Open an Issue: Go to GitHub Issues
  2. Choose Template: Select "New Pulse Sequence Submission"
  3. Fill out Form: Provide basic information about your sequence
  4. Submit: Maintainers handle the rest!

What You Need to Provide

  • Sequence File: Upload your pulse program file
  • Basic Info:
  • Sequence name
  • Brief description
  • Experiment type (e.g., HSQC, NOESY, relaxation)
  • Your name and affiliation
  • Optional: Any special notes or requirements

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgment: Maintainers acknowledge your submission within 48 hours
  2. Metadata Addition: We add proper YAML annotations based on your information
  3. Integration: Sequence gets added to the repository with proper formatting
  4. Credit: You get full credit as the author
